We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to our strict cancellation policy. Due to high demand, we encourage you to schedule appointments well in advance, especially prior to major holidays or events. Please note that upon scheduling your appointment, you will be asked to provide credit card information to reserve your treatment or service. We observe strict privacy policies and will not disclose appointment or card information to any other party. Your credit card information will be securely kept in your HIPAA compliant and encrypted client profile.
As a courtesy, we confirm appointments 48 hours in advance with your choice of an email, phone call, and/or a text. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us with at least 24 hours notice. Should you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, you will be charged $100.00 non-refundable cancelation fee. Should you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, on two or more occasions, you may be charged a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the scheduled appointment/service, or $100.00, whichever is greater to reserve future appointments. The deposit will be applied to the appointment treatment/service balance.
Phone calls during normal business hours are the only acceptable cancelation method, and you will be given a cancelation code for your records.
We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Should you arrive 10 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, the appointment shall be considered abandoned, and you will be charged a non-refundable cancelation/no show fee of $100.00.
