No Show / Late Cancellation: A credit or debit card must be left on file and I acknowledge that if I no call no show an appointment, my card will be charged 50% of the appointment cost, max of $75 per service booked. If service was prepaid, that amount will be deducted from those services. A no call no show is considered with less than 24 hour notice.
