This is your reminder for your upcoming appointment at Prism Aesthetics! Please make sure that you have read the appointment email, accessed the portal, confirmed your appointment, and signed up for the discount codes before you arrive. We are located at 5001 W Pauline Whitaker Pkwy Suite 115, Rogers, Ar 72758! Also, please be aware that there is a 2.7% fee attached with all card transactions. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you do not give at least a 48 hour notice (with exception to emergencies), you will be charged a $100 no-show fee. If you are 15 minutes late your appointment will be rescheduled. We do require a $100 deposit for booking a procedure. This will either go towards your treatment when you come in or towards your no-show fee if you fail to show to your appointment or cancel less than 48 hours in advance. For safety precautions, we do not allow any children under the age of 9 in the treatment rooms. If you need to bring your child to your appointment, please make sure you bring someone to sit in the lobby with them. Thank you!
