Upon acceptance from the practice your credit card on file will be charged as follows:

PIERCINGS: Your credit card on file will be charged the full package rate selected. Notate your preferred earrings in the comments box to guarantee availability for your appointment.

INJECTABLES: Your credit card on file will be charged the deposit or full package rate selected.

LASER: Treatments will be charged to your credit card on file based on the package rate selected.

DISCOUNT CODES: Please enter any current promo codes in the comments box at the time of booking.

Please be advised that at this time we cannot accommodate same day appointments. Please be sure to schedule your appointment 2 business days in advance.
