Most of our consultations are complimentary and are without obligation, however, we do require a credit card to be on file when booking your appointments online to guarantee our cancellation/no show policy. Because most of our appointments require licensed medical professionals, Muse MediSpa has a 24 Hour Cancellation/No-Show policy. If you miss or cancel/change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice Muse MediSpa reserves the right to charge you a $50 cancellation fee.
