As a courtesy to our service providers we require a 24 hour notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. We understand that unexpected delays may occur which will require a schedule adjustment. We respectively request a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a $50 cancellation fee. A NO SHOW will incur a $50 fee also. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you. Your time is important to us and the patient booked following you. In this instance, a $50 fee will apply. We require a credit card on file to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
