To schedule your appointment, please fill out the form below. All bookings require a card on file. A non-refundable $75 deposit will be charged at the time of booking to secure your appointment, which will be applied to the cost of your treatment. Please note that if you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
