Updated Cancellation/No Show Policy Effective June 1, 2025, If Scheduling ONLINE, a $50 deposit is REQUIRED. This deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service. A staff member will contact you to retrieve the deposit before the appointment is approved. If a staff member calls and fails to reach you, we require that you RETURN our call within 24 hours or the next business day to provide the card information or your appointment will be CANCELED WITHOUT NOTICE. You may also call us at (304) 425- 2433 to provide the card information to make this process easier. This deposit is NONREFUNDABLE and WILL be kept if you: Do not provide at LEAST 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. Are more than 15 minutes LATE to your appointment. If Scheduling in PERSON/ by PHONE: A credit/debit card is REQUIRED to be put on file to make an appointment in person or by phone.
