A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card is used to secure your reservation only and will not be charged at the time of booking.

Upon arrival, all clients must present a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the name on the reservation before their appointment can begin.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so with at least 24 hours' notice.

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice will be considered a no-show. No-show clients will permanently lose booking privileges and will no longer be eligible to receive services at our location.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid disrupting the schedule for other clients.
