Consultation & Follow-Up Policy
An initial consultation fee of $100 is required and will be credited toward your program purchase.
Follow-up appointments are $69 plus the cost of program supplies.
All clients must book an in-person appointment and visit our facility for refills.
Please note: Telemedicine appointments are not available for this program.
