At The IV Garden, we are committed to providing personalized and comprehensive care. To ensure we can accommodate all clients effectively, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. *No-shows will be charged the full cost of the booked service. *Clients are considered a “no show” after 20 minutes from scheduled appointment time. The credit card you entered when scheduling your appointment will be charged.
