Setting Up an Appointment
Set Up an Account:

Go to the (Client Portal Login) and create an account if you don’t have one. This account is needed to sign consent forms ahead of time. If the portal is not created, your appointment will be canceled in 1 hour, and a reminder will be sent to your phone number.
Log In:

Log in using the username and password you created.
Select Available Services:

Once logged in, navigate to the "Available Services" section.
Choose Booking Location:

Select "Book With" and choose from the following options, based on availability:
1. Online Telemedicine (only for Weight loss/TRT)
2. MedMat Medical (Main): Loop 20 Medical Plaza, 4151 Jaime Zapata Memorial Hwy Ste 208, Laredo, TX 78043 (Inside Lakeside Pharmacy)
3. MedMat Medical North: Del Mar Medical Center, 313 W Village Blvd, Laredo, TX 78041
4. MedMat San Antonio Village Medical: 6393 Babcock Rd, San Antonio, TX 78240
Laboratory: Only for patients coming to the lab.
Select Date and Time:

Choose the date and time that works best for you from the available options.
Confirm Appointment:

Review your selection and confirm your appointment. You should receive a confirmation notification.
