Appointment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To ensure the best experience for all clients and to respect our providers' time, we require acknowledgment of the following policy:
New Patient Booking Fee
A $100 booking fee is required for all new patient appointments.
This fee is non-refundable.
If no treatment is performed during your visit, the fee is applied to the consultation.
If treatment is performed the same day, the $100 is applied toward your service total.
Cancellations & Rescheduling (All Patients)
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
All patients are allowed one complimentary reschedule per appointment.
Appointments changed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in:
– For new patients: forfeiture of the $100 booking fee.
– For existing patients: a $100 late cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
No-Show & Declined Card Policy
No-shows are treated as late cancellations and are subject to the same fees.
If your card on file is declined, the $100 fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Additional deposits may be required to rebook after a violation of this policy.
