Important Tips for Booking

• Please include the address where you would like your IV service in the notes section when booking.

• If you are scheduling IV services for multiple individuals, be sure to include the total number of people in your group, along with the address, in the notes section.

• Please include the best phone number to reach you, as a medical provider will contact you to review your medical history and confirm your appointment details after booking.

If your preferred time slot is unavailable, please email us at mobileivde@lifemedinstitute.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please Note:

• $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be applied toward your total at the time of service. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or are not present at the scheduled time, the deposit will be forfeited.
• $45 trip fee will be added for single-patient appointments. This fee is waived for appointments with two or more patients.
• VIP complimentary IV cards are for in-office use only, they cannot be redeemed for mobile services.

Sundays have a different IV and add-on menu than our regular hours. When booking appointments for Sundays, be sure to select services only from the approved list below. Choosing services outside of this list may result in no availability appearing.
