In-Person Consultation — $50
Your consultation includes a personalized evaluation and treatment recommendations tailored to your concerns.
The $50 consultation fee will be applied toward products or treatments purchased same day.

Virtual Tele-Consultation — $250
Includes full assessment, medical history review, customized treatment plan, and prescription (if appropriate).
The consultation fee is applied toward products or treatments purchased the same day.

All new patients are required to complete a consultation prior to treatment.

To schedule treatment-only appointments or Rx Facials, please call 877-622-PSRx.
Service appointments require a deposit.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To reserve your appointment time, a valid card on file is required for all bookings.

Consultation fees are non-refundable and will be forfeited for:

• No-show appointments
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice

Appointments without a valid phone number and email address will be automatically canceled.

Patients with a previous no-show must call the office to rebook.
