Important Booking Information:
Select or Change Your Provider for Best Availability: When booking, please ensure you select your preferred provider to check their availability. If you don’t see your desired time, we recommend changing the provider to find the best available appointment that suits your schedule.
Credit Card on File: To ensure smooth operations, we require your credit card information to be saved in your chart. A $100 cancellation fee will apply for any cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or for no-shows. Rest assured, your card will only be charged in these situations. Please note that if you’re more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.
Transaction Fee: A 3% service fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions, with the exception of HSA/FSA accounts.
